Which Restaurants are better in London?
Chains or individual owner runned businesses?

I think individual ones are better. Where the boss or a person that actually takes care of the place rather in chaines food can never be so good because it needs constant attention and it lacks that in a chain restaurant where almost everything comes prepacked or precooked.

Also the staff needs a lot of control to sustain the quality of service. The boss who takes his business seriously will advise the management accordingly to sustain a good relationship  with the customer.
Like in Central London restaurants one has the feeling of being in a mass production industry and in a small home owned place one has the feeling of being home.
